Gangster
Arindam plays a criminal in his forthcoming film Gangster being produced under Sai Vinayak Entertainment by Jagat Ranjan Mangaraj and directed by Tanmay Patra and Suresh Dash. P Kumar is composing the music while the lyrics are by Panchanan Nayak and Arun Mantri. The shooting of the film is expected to start from April 25.
Omm
Sudhakar Basant’s next film Omm will have Sambeet in the lead role with a different look. This will be Sambeet’s second film with Basant after Bandhan. After the grand success of Something Something, Basant has planned Omm in a very different way. Busy with the shooting of Barsha- Anubhav starrer Matric fail, Anubhav had recently released the poster of Omm in the presence of the Basant and producer Shantisudhaka.
Tulasi in big screen
For those who have seen her as ‘Tulasi’ in ETV Odia, it will be difficult to recognise Ipsita Mohanty on the big screen. But she is back in the character of Tulasi again.
It was Jyoti Das who gave Ipsita her first break in Ollywood in the upcoming movie, ‘Gud Boy’. In this film, Ipsita is paired opposite Mihir Das.
Hari turns Hero
After Papu Pampam, it is the turn of another comedian Hari to play the lead role in a film. Hari Bhai aka Harihar Mohapatra will also be cast in the lead role of a film, the title of which has not been finalised.
While Hari himself has written the story of this film, Ramachandra Pradhan is producing it for Green Return Entertainment.This will be Hari’s first film in the character of the hero.
