The dreaded cholera has threatened to make a comeback in the State. Three persons have died in Angul district in the past one month prompting the Health department to rush a health team to survey the ground zero. Two samples have been collected from the area and sent to Regional Medical Research Centre for test. The results are expected in a day or two. Two senior officers have already visited Bantala, where the disease, (which claimed several lives in Rayagada and Koraput districts during the last five years), is suspected to have broken out.
