The Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) has criticised Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik for his statement on coalgate saying that it is a major scam to hit the UPA-II.
In a statement, party spokesman Arjya Kumar Gyanendra said, Centre distributes coal to those organisations recommended by the State government. The Chief Minister should make public the organisations recommended by the State Government before 2009 for coal.
