The Cyber Crime cell of the Crime Branch on Tuesday arrested a youth on charges of uploading and posting morphed obscene photographs of a girl on websites.
The youth, Manabhanjan Sahu, a management graduate and employed in a private company, was arrested from his rented house at Raghunathpur under Nandankanan police limits of Bhubaneswar.
CB sources said he had resorted to uploading morphed photographs and videos of the victim girl on different websites to settle some personal scores.
