e-registration for BTech from Tomorrow

BHUBANESWAR: Online registration for BTech courses, conducted by Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE), will begin from July 7.

The overall process for engineering counselling was delayed due to the uncertainty over publication of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main All India Rank (AIR) list. It was announced here on Friday that the JEE Main AIR list will be out on July 7.

OJEE officials said the candidates can begin registering online for the counselling soon after they get JEE Main rank.

The document verification of the Lateral Entry (LE) engineering courses will also begin on the same day. Nineteen nodal centres will be set up across the State for document verification and choice locking for BTech LE courses. Some of the nodal centres in Bhubaneswar are College of Engineering and Technology (CET), BJB (Junior) College, College of IT and Management Education (CIME), Rajdhani College, Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology (CIPET).

Candidates with OJEE LE ranks between 1 and 3,000 have to report at the nodal centres. Similarly, the candidates having OJEE ranks in the 3,001-6,000 bracket and 6,001-10,001 bracket have to report at the nodal centres on July 8 and July 9 respectively.

Candidates with ranks in the 10,001-14,000 bracket and 14,001-18,193 have to report at the nodal centres on July 10 and July 11 respectively.
