On a tip off about Maoist presence in Mangalpur forest under Narayanpatna block and Jarpa forests under Bandhugam, the security personnel had launched combing operation in the areas three days back. During combing, the security personnel came across Maoist hideouts at the two forests. The seizure includes two guns, 200 detonators, 10 kg explosives, Maoist kits, medicines and some explosive devices from the spots.
