Rly Minister to Visit Puri

BHUBANESWAR: Union Railways Minister Suresh Prabhu is coming to the State on a day’s visit on July 16.

On his arrival, Prabhu will proceed to Begunia in Khurda district where he will inaugurate the Khurda Road-Begunia section of the Khurda Road-BAlangir rail line and flag off passenger train on the new line. He will also inaugurate the Khurda Town station building and passenger facilities at Berhampur by remote from Begunia.

The Minister will have a window trailing inspection between Begunia and Malatipur by train and inaugurate the new station building at Malatipur at 6.45 pm. He will proceed to Puri by train and review the arrangements made by the East Coast Railway for the Nabakalebara Rath Yatra.

Prabhu will leave for Bhubaneswar on road at 7.45 pm and  return to Delhi in the special flight at 9.15 pm.
