IIM to Begin Classes with 140 Seats

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Sambalpur, will commence classes this year with 140 students.

BHUBANESWAR:The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Sambalpur, will commence classes this year with 140 students in the first year of Post Graduate Programme in Management).

The top-B school, to be mentored by IIM-Indore, will select candidates through the Common Admission Test (CAT), which would tentatively be held between November 16 and  22, informed Human Resource Development Minister Smriti  Irani in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday.

Results of the test would be declared by third week of December.

She further said that funds for making the temporary campus of IIM-Sambalpur functional have already been placed with IIM-Indore.
