CUTTACK: As many as 34 goats were charred to death in a fire that broke out at the goat shed of one Sarat Mandal of Laxmi Bazar under Tangi police limits on Saturday night. Though the exact cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, locals suspect that miscreants might have set the goat shed on fire over some grudge.
