BERHAMPUR: All the nine medicos, including three junior doctors of MKCGMCH, who were arrested for assaulting a mediaperson and a police officer, were granted conditional bail on Monday. Over 100 medicos reached the jail to receive them.
Acting on the bail petition filed by the medicos, the Sessions Judge on Monday granted them bail with three conditions - not to disobey the investigative police officer, not to threaten the witnesses and not to indulge in similar crimes. Later, the SDJM ordered release of medicos with similar conditions. While three cases were heard in SDJM’s court, atrocity cases were heard by Sessions Judge.
