Three Held for Temple Heist in Odisha

BHADRAK:Dhusuri police on Monday arrested three persons including two temple staff who had  committed a theft in Akhandalamani temple at Aradi in the district.

The accused have been identified as Jagabandhu Barik, Debabrata Barik and Hari Ram.

While Jagabandhu and Debabrata were watchmen of the temple, Ram is an outsider, police said. The theft was took place on Thursday. During interrogation, the accused have revealed involvement of two other persons who are still at large. Police seized a cobra made of gold and `13,000 cash from their possession.
