BHUBANESWAR: The state government today effected a minor reshuffle at the secretary level. Tuhin Kanta Pandey has been appointed as the principal secretary in the finance department after completion of central deputation.
Secretary in the ST and SC development, minorities and backward class welfare Surendra Kumar has been given additional charge as secretary of the information and public relations department. He will take over from Manoranjan Panigrahy.
Secretary in the women and child development department has been given additional charge of sports and youths affairs department. He will replace Saswat Mishra.
