BHUBANESWAR: The State Government on Saturday changed Cuttack and Khurda district collectors in a minor reshuffle of senior administrative officers. As per the changes, District Magistrate of Cuttack Nirmal Chandra Mishra has been transferred and posted as DM Khurda. Susanta Mohapatra, Additional Secretary to Government in the Home Department, has been transferred and posted as collector of Cuttack district.
Dhiren Kumar Patnaik, Additional Secretary to Government in Agriculture and Farmers' Empowerment Department, has been transferred and posted as Director of Higher Education. Posting of Pramod Kumar Panda, Additional Secretary to the Government in Excise Department as Director of Higher Education, has been cancelled. Madhab Chandra Bariha, Secretary to RDC (north), Sambalpur has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in MSME Department in place of Bibhuti Bhusan Behera. Behera has been posted as Secretary to RDC (ND).
