Police on Thursday registered a case of threat, against the headmaster of a private school based on a complaint from a student of the same school.
According to police, Kiran (16), son of Ravi of Kadachanenthal and a student of Don Bosco Higher Secondary School at Surya Nagar, in his complaint to SP P V Balakrishnan, stated that the headmaster Alphonse accused him of stealing the mobile phone of a B.Ed trainee after the Christmas day function at the school on December 10. Alphonse conducted an enquiry with the students, followed by a search. Though he cooperated, Kiran said, the headmaster targeted him specifically, accusing him of theft. The SP referred the complaint to the Appan Thirupathi police, who filed a case against Alphonse.
