There would be no power in Thorapadi area due to maintenance work at the 110/11 KVA substation at Thorapadi, by Vellore division of the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation.
According to the Executive engineer, K Soundarajan power supply would be suspended between 9 am and 5 pm in Bagayam, Chitteri, Edyansathu, Virupatchipuram, Palavansathu, Saminagar, Sainathapuram, Ezhilnagar, Sastri Nagar, Gandhi Nagar and Ariyur areas.
