Jayalalithaa to leave for Nilgiris Thursday

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa will leave for Nilgiris district on June 21 and work from there for a few weeks.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa will leave for Nilgiris district on June 21 and work from there for a few weeks.

Jayalalithaa "will leave for Kodanad in Nilgiris district on June 21. She will take up government (related) work from there," an official release said here today.

Jayalalithaa has a place of stay at the hill district and is known to put up there for a couple of weeks every year.
