Raja admits flaw in 2G process

 “I did not commit any mistake other than granting 2G licence to ineligible persons,” claimed A Raja on Saturday.

The former Telecom Minister who visited Bhavanisagar, which comes under his Nilgiris Lok Sabha constituency, in the district, said that the CBI said that I gave gave spectrum licence to ineligible persons. “Other than that I did not do any thing wrong in the 2G issue,” admitted Raja.

Talking among DMK cadre,who welcomed him in the town, near Bhavanisagar bus stand, Raja said that the enforcement and IT officials conducted a raid on his relatives’ house, but they could not get anything.

“In fact, I myself argued in the court challenging the CBI to show the money that I had allegedly amassed. But, the CBI was not able to show it and prove the charge in the court. But, media was writing in other ways. The truth will come out one day,” he said.
