MADURAI: Students who have passed Class XII examinations thronged the district educational offices in various districts across the State to get application forms for getting photocopies of answer scripts and for re-totaling.
After the results were out on Tuesday, the educational department started issuing application forms for obtaining the photocopy of the answer scripts and re-totaling of marks from Wednesday.
Many students felt their scores in Maths and Physics did not commensurate with their performance. The demand for the applications were extremely high on Wednesday. The application forms would be issued till Friday.
The fee to be paid for getting a copy of the scripts of the language paper and English paper is fixed at `550 each. For the other subjects, it is fixed at `275. For re-totalling, the fee is fixed at `305 for first language, English, Biology papers and `205 for others.
“After receiving the photo copy of the script, the students can apply for revaluation if they desire so,” said an official press release. For revaluation, the fee is fixed as `1,010 for the first language and English. For other subjects, the fee is fixed as `505.
The filled in application forms for answersheets can be submitted in the same office from where they got the forms.
