The Revenue Divisional Officer of Ranipet would conduct a sub-divisional magistrate inquest into the death of a 20-year-old woman, who allegedly committed suicide at her husband’s house in Kadaperi village near Walajapet on Thursday.
The deceased was identified as Hemalatha, wife of Gangadharan. They were married six months ago. Hemalatha hanged herself allegedly due to a family dispute, police said.
