The department of Tamil Development here is organising an essay, elocution and poetry competitions for school and college students, which would be held on August 21 at the E V R Nagammai Girls Higher Secondary School.
Students of classes XI and XII can take part after getting permission from the headmaster of their schools. For college students, the competitions would be held on August 26 at the same venue.
