19 CENTAC Seats Yet to be Filled Up

PUDUCHERRY: For three consecutive years less number of MBBS seats have been filled up through CENTAC. Though the government had announced 265 seats in seven medical colleges through CENTAC after the conclusion of seat-sharing talks each year, only 264 seats, one seat less than the quota, have been filled.

As per the details put up on the CENTAC website for the third round of counselling on September 9, so far 245 seats have been filled up and 19 are vacant.
