Rs 19 cr-worth Govt Projects Inaugurated

CHENNAI: Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa on Thursday inaugurated projects worth `19.42 crore. 

The projects inaugurated include warehouses for agricultural produce in 11 districts, new buildings for branches of the Central Co-operative Banks of Salem and Dindigul, refurbished buildings for co-operative banks in Chidambaram and Cuddalore, strong rooms at 72 agricultural producers’ co-operative societies, a seed sales depot at Palani and warehouses for the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation in 5 districts.

Jayalalithaa also inaugurated a petrol pump jointly operated by TUCS and IOC at Chennai.
