Youth Told to Vote For One Who Can Deliver

The first time voters of Bharathidasan Government College for Women attended the Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) programme as mandated by the Election Commission of India.

Ramya P, a debutant voter said she was keen to vote for a good leader who can bring development to Puducherry and implement various welfare schemes for the poor.

Speaking on the occasion, District Election Officer and Collector Dr S B Deepak Kumar exhorted young voters to participate in the electoral process without fail.

“Think over candidates and select the one who can deliver the results you expect. You are the agents of change, he told enthusiastic youngsters at the first campaign under SVEEP.
