VELLORE: Terror suspects ‘Police’ Fakruddin (alias) S Fakruddin and his two associates Bilal Malik and ‘Panna’ Ismail, who were named as prime suspects in the murder of BJP and Sangh Parviar leaders and functionaries, will be produced before the newly constituted Special Court in Poonamallee on the outskirts of Chennai on September 11. The Special Court, after obtaining the permission of Governor K Rosaiah, had been set up for the speedy trial in the murder cases involving functionaries of second rank leaders and active members of the HM and BJP in the State. The State had issued an order regarding the constitution of the Special Court on August 26 and transferred all eight cases filed against the trio to the Special Court. Following this, the courts in Vellore, Madurai, Salem and Tirunelveli had been instructed to forward charge sheets filed against the trio to the Special Court.
