MADURAI: Students blocked the traffic at more than two points near Tirumangalam in the district demanding the arrest of the man who allegedly attaked two college girls with acid, injuring them badly on Friday.

Traffic was blocked on the Madurai-Virudhunagar road following the blockade, police said.

They alleged that police were not serious taking the case even after three days of the incident.
