NAMAKKAL: The mother of a 14-year-old sexual assault victim was detained on Wednesday for her alleged involvement in the crime.
This comes a day after the arrest of 11 people who sexually assaulted the girl for months. Inquiry revealed that the suspects had offered Rs 10,000 to her family. Besides, police arrested another suspect on Wednesday.
