TN amends Clinical Establishment Act

The Act will henceforth be known as the Clinical Establishments (Regulation) Amendment Act, 2001.

CHENNAI: The State government in the Assembly on Saturday, amended the Clinical Establishments (Regulation) Act, 1997, to allow Deputy Directors of Public Health to be part of the district committees that advise authorities concerned in matters of clinical establishments. The Act will henceforth be known as the Clinical Establishments (Regulation) Amendment Act, 2001.
