HYDERABAD: MLA Gadari Kishore on Monday took charge as parliamentary secretary in the Secretariat. Kishore thanked chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for giving him an opportunity to serve the people and vowed to work with dedication to meet the expectations of the CM and the people.
