KTR to Attend Investment Meet in Dubai

HYDERABAD: IT minister KT Rama Rao will participate in the fifth anniversary investment summit to be conducted by United Arab Emirates from March 30 to April 1 in Dubai.

The prestigious event conducted by the UAE government will see participants from as many as 140 countries which includes top businessmen, financial experts among others. In the three-day summit, delegates will hold deliberations on the topic “Sustainable development through FDI induced innovation and technology transfer”.

UAE vice-president Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum extended invitation to the minister. Expressing happiness over the invitation, Rama Rao said “It is a wonderful opportunity to present the conducive environment for industry in the state of Telangana and make a strong pitch for investments in the state.”

KTR, Harish to Tour K’nagar, Medak Today

IT and panchayat raj minister KT Rama Rao and irrigation minister T Harish Rao will tour Karimnagar and Medak districts to participate in developmental activities and will address a public meeting on Monday at Maddikunta in Musthabad mandal.

The duo will first reach Pulluru mandal in Medak to particpate in developmental activities. This is followed by public meeting at Maddikunta village.  Later, the ministers will hold a meeting on mid Maneru, Pranahitha-Chevella projects at Narmala Irrigation guesthouse. The review, is an extension of a similar meeting held in Hyderabad earlier with irrigation officials and to apprise themselves of the situation.
