Three Die of Swine Flu

HYDERABAD: After a lull, three people who contracted swine flu have reportedly died in the past two days. A 33-year woman from Nalgonda who was shifted from a private hospital to Gandhi Hospital, died on Wednesday.

However, death of a 21-year-old pregnant woman from Kushaiguda, and two-year-old girl child from Addagutta, was not confirmed. The pregnant woman was shifted from a private hospital to the government hospital. The girl died at a private hospital in Begumpet. 

Apart from this, seven patients, including a five-month-old infant, and one-year-old baby boy, are being treated for the flu at Gandhi hospital. Also more than 20 people who are suspected to have contracted H1N1 were admitted at government and private hospitals.
