CM to fill all nominated posts in cabinet soon: Energy Minister

Reddy said Rao was keen to fill all the nominated posts and there was no need to get restless.

WARANGAL: With ruling party leaders becoming restless with chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao filling only a few of the nominated posts in a phased manner, energy minister G Jagadish Reddy has said the chief minister has plans to fill all the nominated posts and a decision will be taken in this regard soon.

Speaking at the seventh anniversary of Deeksha Divas, being observed by TRS cadre across the state on Wednesday to recall KCR’s indefinite fast demanding statehood for Telangana, Reddy said Rao was keen to fill all the nominated posts and there was no need to get restless. “KCR would reward all those who played a key role in the Telangana movement. Justice will be done to everyone.”

Stating that the government was working to keep all the promises made to the people of the state, the minister said the government worked out a strategy in this regard. “We are working to create Bangaru Telangana. We are trying to provide corruption-free and transparent government. Our main aim is to see that all the basic amenities are made available to the people,” he said and appealed to the people to cooperate with the government in making Telangana the number one state in the country.

Reddy paid tributes to those who sacrificed their lives during the agitation for Telangana statehood. Warangal West MLA D Vinay Bhaskar said Telangana was making rapid strides under the leadership of KCR.
