High Court Judges Transferred

Justice Kait was born at Kakaut village in Haryana on May 24, 1963 and enrolled as an advocate in 1989.

HYDERABAD: Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao of the Hyderabad High Court has been transferred as a judge of the Madras High Court and justice Suresh Kumar Kait of Delhi High Court as a judge of the Hyderabad High Court.

President Pranab Mukherjee, after consulting the chief justice of India, issued the transfer orders on Wednesday.  As per the orders, justice Ramamohana Rao will assume charge of the new posting on or before April 19 and justice Kait on or before April 15. Justice Rao, who was born at Tanuku in West Godavari district, was enrolled as an advocate in August 1978. He was appointed  additional judge of the HC of Andhra Pradesh on September 11, 2006 and  permanent judge on April 10, 2008.

Justice Kait was born at Kakaut village in Haryana on May 24, 1963 and enrolled as an advocate in 1989. He was elevated as an additional judge of the Delhi High Court on September 5, 2008 and became a permanent judge on April 12, 2013.
