HC relief to Andhra eatery at Durgam Cheruvu

HYDERABAD: In a relief to an Andhra restaurant at Durgam Cheruvu in the city, a division bench of the High Court has directed the Telangana government to take steps for allowing the restaurant to reopen.

The bench, comprising acting chief justice Dilip B Bhosale and justice P Naveen Rao, was dealing with a plea made by a firm, Jolly Rogers, which is running the restaurant, that the Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation (TSTDC) has forced closure of their restaurant despite the court order of allowing their business to run.
