WARANGAL: Phanikara Mallaiah, a farmer from Rayaparthy in the district, who drew the attention of TRS chief KCR by questioning TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu on his stand on a separate state, while Naidu was on a padayatra in Warangal in 2008, performed his second daughter’s marriage on Friday with financial assistance extended by KCR. An amount of Rs 13 lakh was handed over to Mallaiah on Friday.
KCR, in 2015, had promised to extend financial assistance to Mallaiah to get his daughters married as his financial condition was poor.
