Telangana Doctors Forum Mourns Mishap

The Telangana Doctors Forum has expressed condolences for the bereaved members of the families of medical students from Telangana who died in a road accident.

HYDERABAD: The Telangana Doctors Forum has expressed condolences for the bereaved members of the families of medical students from Telangana who died in a road accident in Andhra Pradesh on Monday night.

“The medical fraternity of Telangana is saddened at the sudden death of young doctors in the accident. We pray for the early, quick and complete recovery of the injured medicos in the accident,” forum chairman Prof A Gopal Kishan said in a press release here on Tuesday.

The forum thanked the AP government for providing help and assistance at the accident site. It also thanked Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for his prompt and quick orders to officials to rush to the accident site to provide help and assistance. The forum also appreciated the TS government’s gesture of bearing the cost of treatment and rehabilitation of the injured medicos.

Meanwhile, the CM too mourned the death of medicos and asked home minister Naini Narasimha Reddy to rush to the spot. He asked the officials to bring the injured to Hyderabad for better treatment, if necessary.
