HYDERABAD: R&B minister Tummala Nageswara Rao directed officials to put the contractors, who are negligent in road construction works, under blacklist. At a review meeting on various works of the department, he asked officials to acquire lands under new GO No 120 for construction of roads.
On the construction of integrated district collectorates, he wanted to expedite land acquisition. He reviewed the progress of construction of road-cum-checkdams which were taken up at seven places in the state.
