HYDERABAD: A division bench of the Hyderabad High Court on Wednesday directed the home department of TS to produce records pertaining to the appointments made to the posts of Additional Public Prosecutors (APP) in Ranga Reddy district courts.
The bench comprising Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan and Justice T Rajani was passing this direction in a batch of petitions filed seeking directions to the state home department not to select any candidate for the APP posts by considering the names in the panels for 13 courts in Ranga Reddy.
After hearing both sides, the bench wanted to ascertain whether GO 187 has been followed or not and directed the government to produce relevant records and adjourned the case to August 1.
