HYDERABAD: Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu will inaugurate World Telugu Conference to be held in Hyderabad from December 15 to 19. According to an official release on Friday, the Vice-President accepted the request made by chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to inaugurate the WTC. President Ramnath Kovind will attend the closing ceremony of the WTC on December 19, the release said.
