It is reported that the Hyderabad-bound bus of Avanigadda depot coming from Vijayawada side rammed into the lorry parked on road side. The accident occurred at 3 a.m. near Muddulacheruvu, about 150 km from Hyderabad.

The lorry driver, who was changing the deflated tyre of the vehicle, got trapped under the lorry and had to battle for life for three hours before a crane was brought to lift the vehicle and rescue the driver.

The driver, however, died before being shifted to a hospital.
