Dejected DSC aspirant dies after fasting for 30 days in Sangareddy

Allegedly dejected over the delay in issuing of notification for DSC to fill teacher vacancies, a 30-year-old youth died after fasting for a month.

SANGAREDDY: Allegedly dejected over the delay in issuing of notification for DSC to fill teacher vacancies, a 30-year-old youth died after fasting for a month.  The incident took place in Narayankhed. According to his family members, Ramakrishna (30) completed his B Sc BEd and was waiting for DSC notification since 2014. After the death of his father Laxmaiah, his mother Anjamma is running the family by setting up a small hotel.

With no job in hand, Ramakrishna used to work in the hotel but was dejected that his degree is not helping him to get a government job.  Anjamma said that her son stopped taking food for the past one month and their repeated requests to have food went in vain. Ramakrishna’s health took a beating and he died on Sunday.
