Woman set ablaze by husband dies in Telangana

The 48-year-old woman, who was set ablaze by her drunk husband at her house on Monday, died while undergoing treatment at Gandhi Hospital on Tuesday.

HYDERABAD: The 48-year-old woman, who was set ablaze by her drunk husband at her house on Monday, died while undergoing treatment at Gandhi Hospital on Tuesday.
The accused Mallesham Goud (50) had latched the door of the room in which his two sons were sleeping and then had set his wife ablaze using petrol. The Jawaharnagar police have arrested accused Mallesham Goud and remanded him to judicial custody.
 
Four-month-old foetus found in Uppal. The Uppal police recovered a four-month-old foetus near Musi river bridge on Tuesday evening. The passers-by noticed the premature baby lying on the roadside near the bridge.The police recovered the foetus and sent it to Gandhi Hospital mortuary for the autopsy and booked a case for probe.
