HYDERABAD: Finding fault with the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana government authorities concerned for delay in the division of employees of YSR Horticulture University of AP and Konda Lakshman Bapuji Horticulture University in Telangana between the two institutions, a division bench of the High Court on Monday directed the two state governments and also the vice-chancellors and registrars of both the universities to complete the process of final allocation of the staff between the two universities in the next 30 days.

“Instead of taking steps for division of employees between the two states, the two governments have been paying salaries in 58:42 ratio to employees,” it said. The bench, comprising acting chief justice Ramesh Ranganathan and justice J Uma Devi, passed this order on a petition filed by Dr D Manohar Prasad challenging the delay in allocating him from KLB Horticulture University in TS to YSR Horticulture University.
