NIZAMABAD: Shocking video of a TRS leader and a woman exchanging blows has taken the internet by storm. While she is seen beating the neta with her slipper, he responds by brutally kicking her on the chest. The violence, that happened in Gowraram village on Sunday, was over a land dispute.

According to police officials, Dharpally MPP and TRS leader I Gopi sold a house to one Rajavva for `33 lakh. However, according to Rajavva, Gopi kept demanding for more money citing various reasons. Rajavva refused to pay the extra amount and lodged a police complaint.

While the police are still investigating the complaint against Gopi that was filed on June 4, Rajavva tried to occupy the house on Sunday. She was stopped by Gopi and a heated argument ensued between the duo. Infuriated by Gopi’s obstruction, the woman hit him twice with her slipper and he responded by kicking her on the chest.

As Rajavva fell on the floor, her relatives who had come along to support her manhandled Gopi. As the situation escalated, Indalwai police arrived at the spot and controlled the situation. Cops registered a fresh case against Gopi. A case was also filed against Rajavva and her kin for trespassing into the property.
