HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad High Court has nominated vacation judges to hear urgent matters, if any, during the Dasara vacation. The Court will remain closed from Sept 25 to 27, 2017.
A division bench comprising Justice B Siva Sankara Rao and Justice Shameem Akther will hear the cases on September 27. Justice M Seetharama Murti will preside over the single bench on the same day. The above vacation judges will hear various types of urgent matters including habeas corpus, bail applications and any other matters such as eviction, dispossession and demolition, which cannot wait till end of the vacation.
