After the summer menu at Smoke House Grill last week, it was the turn of Azimuth Chef’s Studio by blueFrog to launch its Spring-Summer menu this week. Visiting Guest Chef Chris Denney and Chef Mrigank Singh of blueFrog created a fabulous three-course meal for the guests invited over by Srila Chatterjee, the co-founder of blueFrog.
The evening warmed up with cocktails and bites at the courtyard and then moved indoors where the chefs had laid down a European meal—Foie Gras Parfait with Figs, Cockerel stuffed Chicken with mustard, Tempered Yoghurt and chilled Rhubarb. The guests loved the gastronomical treat and the best part was the chefs taking a bow as the dinner wound up—so much fashion-like.
Srila had entrepreneur Simran Lal of Good Earth, adman V Sunil, designers David Abraham, Rakesh Thakore, Amit Aggarwal, Kevin Nigli and Raakesh Aggarwal, supermodel Indrani Dasgupta with hubby Yudhojit among others.
