BANGALORE: B S Yeddyurappa’s comeback efforts have not only gone well with Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda and the national party leaders, but also with the state party president K S Eshwarappa who hasn’t shown much liking to it. Fearing that the former  chief minister might ask for Eshwarappa’s present post of the state party president in case he is not re-instated as the chief minister, Eshwarappa has adopted a well thought-out stand that Yeddyurappa will not be given any position till he comes clean of all charges.

Irked by Eshwarappa’s repeated efforts to rake-up corruption charges against him, Yeddyurappa on Thursday lashed out at the later and accused him of trying to oust him from the party so that he could get the leadership.

Yeddyurappa labelled charges against him by saying, “Eshwarappa is trying to paint me as guilty, by constantly referring to the charges against me without any reason. He wants to throw me out of the BJP so that he can get the leadership of the party in the state.”
