Speaking to reporters here after meeting party chief V K Sasikala at Parapana Agrahara Prison on her birthday, he said the move was not a "setback" to him.
Though details are sketchy still, indications are that it is the trouble within the rebel faction headed by former chief minister O Panneerselvam that is delaying the next step.
