The HC had set aside a sessions court order rejecting the plea of Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia to provide the witness statement in the 2018 alleged assault of Prakash.

Anshu Prakash was allegedly assaulted by AAP MLAs in a meeting at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence, sparking protests on Tuesday and threats of a pen-down strike in government offices.
Prakash was called by Kejriwal regarding the issue of advertisements, which were not being released, the official said. However, AAP claimed he had been called for a discussion on rations.
