The special judge for cases under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, A A Jogelkar, rejected Armaan Kolhi's bail plea on October 14.
Kohli was arrested on August 29 following a raid by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) at his residence during which banned drugs were allegedly seized.
The court sent the 49-year-old actor to jail under judicial custody as no further remand was sought by the apex drug law enforcement agency.
Bollywood actor Armaan Kohli was arrested on Saturday following NCB's raid on his Mumbai residence and seizure of drugs, after which the actor, on Monday, was sent to the NCB's custody till Sept 1.
According to the NCB, Ajay Singh is a drug supplier who had given information about the 49-year-old actor's alleged involvement in the narcotics case.
Kohli was questioned by the NCB on Saturday after banned drugs were allegedly recovered from his house in Mumbai.
