The mini secretariat and the residences of senior administration, police and judicial officials were sealed off by the police.
The Hisar district administration on Monday agreed to withdraw all cases registered against the farmers in connection with the May 16 clash.
Several farmer leaders, including Rakesh Tikait, Joginder Singh Ugrahan and Gurnam Singh Chaduni also reached Hisar.
The farmers have been protesting at different borders of the national capital since November 26 last year against the farm laws passed by the Centre.
